I pack Zoey's mouth with a big pair of white panties and keep them in with a wide silver vinyl tape wrap.
Gag 3
I like the look of a combination of different stuffing items behind clear tape, so I have Zoey open wide to accept a yellow pocket square, a sponge disc, an orange thong, and a purple no-show sock and wrap cleave vinyl tape over her mouth.
